Who is The Talent Lab?

The Talent Lab was started by Michael Oppong and Chris Blackett, two former educators through Teach for America, who remained in education and who have worked at some of the most impactful players in the space—from Multiverse, Guild, Code Nation and Amplify.

We want to share what we’ve learned from our time in the classroom and working in Product, Marketing, and Sales at these organizations. In particular, we want people to understand the barriers to opportunity and access, how organizations are combating those barriers, and what individuals can do to create more meaningful educational opportunities for themselves.
